The person behind the practice
amanda Barron, mAMFT, lMHC, lMT
I have always been drawn to the world of healing because I believe people are capable of more than just surviving. More than managing. More than the story they’ve been told or the one they’ve been telling themselves.
My work is my calling, not just my career.
The journey toward healing can feel overwhelming. You may find yourself feeling alone, stuck, or unsure of your next step. Having someone genuinely by your side can make all the difference. I offer a compassionate, warm, and deeply present space where all of who you are is welcome.
Like many of the people I work with, I know what it is like navigate showing up in life for your responsibilities and the people you love while also being so deeply soul tired. I am a mother of two adult children, and I have lived with chronic illness. These parts of my life have shaped me, not as wounds, but as privileged wisdom I carry into my work as a therapist.
For 25 years I have been walking alongside people through some of the most tender and transformative seasons of their lives. As a licensed clinical therapist, somatic practitioner, yoga and meditation teacher, licensed massage therapist, craniosacral practitioner, and past life regression therapist, I bring a breadth of training that allows me to meet each person exactly where they are, working holistically with the mind, body, and soul.
To me, the process of healing is the process of coming home to yourself. If this speaks to you, I would love to walk with you.
